Claire directed a full-scale renovation of a private residence with a $300K budget, reimagining the home from the ground up. Structural changes were made to enhance flow and functionality, including the addition of a four-seasons room. From architectural finishes like tile, flooring, countertops, and lighting to complete interior decoration, the project delivered a transformed living space tailored to the new owner's lifestyle.
